CampusCredit Charges Zero Platform Fees
Since CampusCredit does not charge any application fee, platform fee, processing fee, or service charge to students, there is typically no refund required from CampusCredit's side.
1. Our Zero-Fee Promise
CampusCredit® provides student finance assistance at absolutely no cost to the student. We do not charge:
- Application fee
- Eligibility check fee
- Platform fee or service fee
- Priority processing fee
- Any upfront charge of any kind
2. Fees Charged by Partner Lenders (NBFC/Bank)
If a loan is approved and accepted by the student, the partner NBFC/Bank may charge fees as disclosed in the official loan agreement (e.g., processing fees, documentation charges). These are charged directly by the lender — not by CampusCredit. Refund of such lender fees is governed by the respective NBFC/Bank's own refund and cancellation policy as disclosed in the loan agreement.
3. University Fee Refunds
Education fees disbursed directly to the university/institution are subject to the institution's own fee refund and cancellation policy. CampusCredit® has no control over university refund policies. Students must contact their university directly for fee refund requests. Any refunds received from the university should be used to prepay the EMI loan.
4. Loan Cancellation Before Disbursal
If you cancel your loan application before fee disbursal to the university, no fees are charged or owed to CampusCredit. Contact finance@cosmosiq.in to initiate cancellation. The partner lender's cancellation policy will apply to any charges levied by them.
5. Loan Prepayment
CampusCredit® EMI plans through partner lenders generally allow zero pre-payment penalty after 6 months of EMI payments. Please refer to your individual loan agreement for exact terms. Early closure reduces total interest outgo.
6. Dispute Resolution for Refund Claims
For any refund-related disputes with partner lenders, contact:

Step 2: We will facilitate communication with the partner NBFC within 5 business days.
Step 3: If unresolved, escalate to the Grievance Officer (see below) or the RBI Ombudsman.
