CampusCredit® is a student finance assistance platform operated by Matriye Software Pvt. Ltd. (CIN: U72900MH2020PTC123456), headquartered at Matriye Academy, Pune, Maharashtra 411001, India. We are not a bank or NBFC. We act as a facilitator connecting students with regulated NBFC/Bank partners for education fee financing.
2. Information We Collect
We collect: (a) Personal data — name, date of birth, email, phone, address; (b) Financial data — income details, bank statements (for KYC/lender submission); (c) Educational data — enrollment details, admission letters, course information; (d) Identity documents — Aadhaar, PAN (for KYC only); (e) Usage data — pages visited, forms submitted, browser/device info (via cookies/analytics).
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to: (a) Process your finance enquiry and connect you with suitable NBFC/Bank partners; (b) Conduct KYC and credit assessment (performed by partner lenders); (c) Send application status updates via email/SMS; (d) Improve our platform via analytics; (e) Comply with legal and regulatory requirements. We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing without consent.
4. Data Sharing
We share your data with: (a) Partner NBFCs/Banks — for loan evaluation and KYC; (b) Credit bureaus (CIBIL, Experian) — only if a loan application proceeds; (c) Technology/cloud service providers — for secure data hosting; (d) Regulatory authorities — when legally required. We do NOT sell your data to third parties or advertisers.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and ISO 27001-aligned security practices. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your data, contact privacy@cosmosiq.in immediately.
6. Data Retention
Personal data is retained for 7 years after the last transaction or enquiry (as required by Indian financial regulations). You may request deletion of non-mandatory data by emailing privacy@cosmosiq.in. Regulatory and compliance data cannot be deleted during the mandatory retention period.
