Please read these terms carefully before using the CosmosIQ platform. These terms form a legal agreement between you and Matriye Software Pvt Ltd.

1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 Agreement
By accessing or using the CosmosIQ platform (www.cosmosiq.ai), its mobile applications, or any services offered by Matriye Software Pvt Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
1.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use CosmosIQ. Learners between 13–18 years require parental or guardian consent. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
1.3 Modifications
CosmosIQ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or platform notification at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Account Registration & Security
2.1 Account Creation
To access most CosmosIQ services, you must create an account using accurate and current information. Each individual may only maintain one personal account. Corporate or institutional accounts require separate registration.
2.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify CosmosIQ at support@cosmosiq.in if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
2.3 Account Suspension
CosmosIQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, attempt to circumvent access controls, or misrepresent identity or qualifications.
3. Course Enrolment & Access
3.1 Course Access
Upon successful payment and enrolment, you will receive access to the enrolled course content for the duration specified in the course details (typically 12 months from enrolment date). Lifetime access, where offered, is subject to the course remaining active on the platform.
3.2 Course Content
CosmosIQ courses include video lectures, study materials, assignments, quizzes, mock tests, and mentorship sessions as described in each course's curriculum. Course content may be updated periodically to reflect current industry standards.
3.3 Certificates
Certificates of completion are issued upon meeting the requirements specified for each course (typically a minimum score on assessments and completion of required modules). Certificates are issued digitally and can be shared on professional platforms like LinkedIn.
3.4 Course Transfers
Course access is non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials or course content with others. Sharing access may result in account termination without refund.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. CosmosIQ reserves the right to modify pricing at any time; changes will not affect existing enrolments.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and EMI options through our secure payment gateways. EMI availability depends on your bank and card type. For institutional/bulk enrolments, contact sales@cosmosiq.in for invoice-based payments.
4.3 Failed Transactions
In case of payment failure, the amount debited (if any) will typically be refunded to your account within 5–7 business days. Please contact support@cosmosiq.in with your transaction reference number for assistance.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership
All content on the CosmosIQ platform — including course videos, study materials, assessments, graphics, logos, and the CosmosIQ brand — is the exclusive intellectual property of Matriye Software Pvt Ltd or its licensors, protected under Indian and international copyright laws.
5.2 Permitted Use
Your enrolment grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view course content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
5.3 Prohibited Use
You may not: reproduce, distribute, or resell any course content; record or screen-capture video lectures without prior written permission; use CosmosIQ content for commercial training or instruction; or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
6. User Conduct
6.1 Prohibited Activities
Users must not: post or share illegal, offensive, or defamatory content; harass or threaten other users or staff; attempt to hack or disrupt platform services; submit false or misleading information; use automated bots or scrapers; or impersonate any person or entity.
6.2 Community Guidelines
CosmosIQ maintains a respectful learning environment. Interactions in discussion forums, live sessions, and support channels must be professional and constructive. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent ban.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
7.1 No Guarantees
CosmosIQ provides courses to the best of its ability but does not guarantee specific learning outcomes, job placements, salary packages, or exam results. Placement assistance is offered as a support service and not as a binding placement guarantee.
7.2 Platform Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, CosmosIQ does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. We shall not be liable for losses resulting from technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
7.3 Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CosmosIQ's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user for the specific service in question during the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
8.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable statutes.
8.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
8.3 Informal Resolution
Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting support@cosmosiq.in. Most concerns can be resolved within 7–14 business days.
9. Refund Policy
9.1 Course Enrolment Refunds
Full refund (minus 5% processing fee) is available within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of course content has been accessed. No refund is available after 7 days or if more than 20% of content has been accessed. Refunds are processed within 7–30 business days to the original payment method.
9.2 Booking Fee – ₹1,000 Slot Confirmation
A ₹1,000 booking fee secures your seat in a batch or programme. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE once your slot has been confirmed. What you receive: confirmed batch slot, personalised onboarding call, access to pre-course orientation materials, and priority customer support. This booking fee does NOT guarantee admission to any college, university, or institution.
9.3 No Guaranteed Admission
Payment of any course fee or booking fee does NOT guarantee admission to any educational institution, job placement, or specific salary outcome. CosmosIQ provides educational content and placement assistance as support services only.
9.4 Education Loan Processing Fees
Loan processing fees charged by NBFC/bank partners are governed by their individual terms and are typically non-refundable once the loan application has been processed. CosmosIQ does not charge any separate fee for facilitating loan applications.
9.5 Failed / Duplicate Transactions
In case of payment failure, any amount debited will be refunded within 5–7 business days. For duplicate transactions, please contact support@cosmosiq.in within 48 hours with your transaction reference number.
9.6 Refund Requests
To request a refund, email refund@cosmosiq.in with your order ID, registered mobile number, and reason for the request. We will acknowledge within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 7–30 business days.
10. Education Loans & NBFC Partner Terms
10.1 CosmosIQ as Facilitator
CosmosIQ acts solely as a facilitator/aggregator connecting students with licensed NBFC and banking partners. CosmosIQ is NOT a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), bank, or registered lending institution. We do not lend money, guarantee loan approvals, or determine interest rates.
10.2 NBFC/Bank Partners
Our current lending partners include: Propelld Education Finance, Avanse Financial Services Ltd, Northern Arc Capital Ltd, Finzy P2P Lending, State Bank of India (Scholar Loan), ICICI Bank (Education Loan), and HDFC Credila Financial Services. All partners are regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and operate under applicable banking and NBFC regulations.
10.3 Loan Application Consent
By submitting a loan application through CosmosIQ, you explicitly consent to: (a) sharing your personal and financial information with the selected NBFC/bank partner; (b) the partner conducting a credit bureau inquiry (which may affect your CIBIL score); (c) receiving calls/SMS from lender representatives for application processing. You may withdraw consent before loan sanction by contacting us.
10.4 No Guarantee of Approval
Loan approval is entirely at the discretion of the NBFC/bank partner based on their own credit policies. CosmosIQ does not guarantee loan approval, specific interest rates, loan amounts, or repayment terms. Displayed indicative rates are for reference only.
10.5 Loan Terms & Repayment
Loan terms, EMI schedules, interest rates, processing fees, prepayment charges, and foreclosure terms are determined solely by the lending institution. Students should carefully read the loan agreement provided by the lender before signing. CosmosIQ is not responsible for loan repayment disputes.
10.6 Credit Bureau Impact
Submitting a loan application will result in a "hard inquiry" on your credit report with CIBIL and other credit bureaus. Multiple applications in a short period may negatively impact your credit score. We recommend applying to a maximum of 2–3 lenders at a time.
11. Payment Terms (Detailed)
11.1 Payment Gateway
All payments are processed via Razorpay (Razorpay Software Pvt Ltd), a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway regulated by RBI. Razorpay's merchant ID is registered with CosmosIQ's business entity: Matriye Software Pvt Ltd. The website registered with Razorpay is www.cosmosiq.ai.
11.2 Supported Payment Methods
We accept: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, RuPay), Debit Cards, Net Banking (all major Indian banks), EMI (credit card EMI & no-cost EMI where applicable), and digital wallets. International cards may be accepted with additional verification.
11.3 GST & Taxation
All course fees are subject to 18% GST (Goods and Services Tax) as per Indian tax law. The displayed price may be inclusive or exclusive of GST as indicated. GST invoices are generated automatically within 24 hours of payment and available in your account dashboard. CosmosIQ's GSTIN is available on all invoices.
11.4 In-App Purchase Policy
CosmosIQ does NOT use Google Play In-App Billing or Apple In-App Purchase for course fees. All payments are made through our website (www.cosmosiq.ai) or via the Razorpay web checkout opened in a browser from the mobile app. This is compliant with Google Play and Apple App Store policies for digital goods sold outside their billing systems.
11.5 Chargeback Policy
Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute may result in suspension of your account and access to enrolled courses. Please contact support@cosmosiq.in before raising a dispute, as most issues can be resolved within 24–48 hours.
12. KYC & Identity Verification
12.1 KYC Requirement
Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory for: (a) education loan applications; (b) accounts with transaction history above ₹50,000 per annum; (c) professional certification programmes requiring identity verification. KYC is conducted in compliance with PMLA 2002 and RBI guidelines.
12.2 Documents Accepted
For KYC: Aadhaar Card (preferred), PAN Card (mandatory for transactions above ₹50,000), Passport, or Voter ID as identity proof. Address proof: Aadhaar, utility bill (not older than 3 months), bank statement, or passport. Income proof (for loans): salary slips, Form 16, ITR, or bank statements.
12.3 Aadhaar-Based eKYC
CosmosIQ facilitates Aadhaar-based eKYC through authorised partners only. We do not store Aadhaar numbers on our servers; they are used only for one-time verification. Users may choose non-Aadhaar KYC options (physical document upload) if preferred.
12.4 Consent for KYC Data
By completing KYC, you consent to CosmosIQ and its authorised partners retaining KYC records for a minimum of 5 years as required by applicable law. KYC data is shared with NBFC/bank partners only for loan processing, with your separate explicit consent at the time of loan application.
