We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, courses viewed, time spent on each module, quiz scores, completion rates, device information (browser type, OS, device ID), IP address, and clickstream data.
Payment transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (Razorpay, PayU, etc.). We do not store complete credit/debit card details on our servers. We only retain transaction IDs and payment confirmation records.
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the CosmosIQ platform; process enrolments and payments; deliver course content; issue certificates upon completion; send important course and account notifications; and provide customer support.
We use your learning data to personalise course recommendations through our AI-powered engine, adapt learning paths to your pace and goals, and provide CNAT aptitude-test insights and career guidance.

CosmosIQ is intended for users aged 13 and above. For learners between the ages of 13 and 18, parental or guardian consent is required for enrolment and account creation.
