Refund Period

You are eligible for a refund within 7 days of the date of purchase. Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window will not be entertained, except in extraordinary circumstances at CosmosIQ's sole discretion.

The 7-day period is calculated from the timestamp of your successful payment confirmation email, not from when you first access the course.

Refund Amount

A refund will be issued with a total deduction of 5% from the final purchase price. This covers payment gateway processing fees and administrative costs.

Please allow up to 30 days for the refund process to be completed. This includes verification of eligibility and processing by the payment gateway.

Refund Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

The refund request is made within 7 days of the purchase date.

The digital content has not been extensively accessed or downloaded (less than 20% of course content viewed).

The request adheres to the terms outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

The course was purchased directly from cosmosiq.ai (not through a third-party reseller or franchise partner).

5

No certificate has been generated or issued for the enrolled course.

Non-Refundable Cases

Requests submitted after the 7-day window

Courses purchased during flash sales or at discounted rates above 50% off

Live batches or bootcamps where sessions have already commenced

Certification fees once the certificate has been issued

Courses accessed more than 20% of total content

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

Send an email to support@cosmosiq.in within the 7-day refund period with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Order ID]"

Provide Required Details

Include your full name, registered email address, transaction/order ID, course name, purchase date, and reason for the refund request.

Await Confirmation

Our team will acknowledge your request within 24 business hours and review eligibility within 1–3 business days.

Receive Your Refund

Upon approval, the refund (minus the 5% processing fee) will be credited to your original payment method within 7–30 days.

Changes to This Policy

Matriye Software Pvt Ltd (Brand Name: CosmosIQ) reserves the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We recommend checking this page periodically. Your continued use of CosmosIQ after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
