About the Role
We are looking for dynamic Relationship Officers to join our Banking & Finance vertical. You will be the face of CosmosIQ in the banking ecosystem — building long-term partnerships with banks, NBFCs and financial institutions to drive learner enrollment and loan sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
- 1Build and manage relationships with bank and NBFC clients across your territory
- 2Drive loan sourcing, EMI tie-ups and co-branded product launches
- 3Cross-sell financial products and education loan solutions to learners
- 4Meet monthly revenue and partnership targets
- 5Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding of banking partners
- 6Maintain CRM records and prepare periodic territory reports
Requirements
- Graduate in any stream (Finance/Commerce preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in banking, NBFC, or financial services
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel across assigned territory
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools
- Fluency in Hindi + local regional language
