About the Role
CampusCredit — powered by CosmosIQ® — is India's leading education EMI and fee-financing platform for students. We partner with 500+ institutions across India to offer zero-cost EMI, scholarship loans, and education credit products. As a Relationship Manager, you will be the face of CampusCredit in your city — signing up institutions, activating student loan pipelines, and earning uncapped performance incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- 1Identify and onboard colleges, coaching institutes, universities and skill centres as CampusCredit partners
- 2Present CampusCredit's EMI and fee-financing solutions to institutional decision-makers (Principal / Admin)
- 3Drive student loan disbursals through partner institutions to meet monthly targets
- 4Maintain a healthy pipeline of 20+ active institutional relationships in your territory
- 5Coordinate with CampusCredit operations team for smooth on-boarding and activation
- 6Attend weekly review calls and submit territory performance reports
- 7Represent CampusCredit at education fairs, college events and B2B expos
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- 1-4 years of field sales, B2B sales or institutional sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Hindi + local language
- Two-wheeler and willingness to travel across assigned territory
- Basic smartphone proficiency for CRM updates and reporting
- Prior experience in EdTech, FinTech, NBFC or education sector is a strong advantage
