About the Role
As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the first point of contact for CosmosIQ students and learners. Your mission is to ensure every student feels heard, supported, and motivated throughout their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities
- 1Handle inbound and outbound student queries via phone, email, and chat
- 2Resolve enrollment issues, payment queries, and platform access problems
- 3Proactively reach out to at-risk students to prevent drop-offs
- 4Coordinate with academic team for learner support escalations
- 5Maintain student interaction logs in CRM
- 6Achieve NPS and CSAT targets set by the Customer Success team
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service or inside sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication (English + Hindi)
- Patient, empathetic and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with CRM tools and MS Office
- EdTech or e-learning background is a plus
